In order to use this hyper text volume, you have to:
create a directory in your harddisk. You can call it C4YCensus;
download all the files (both zip and Pdf) from the list below (the Report, Parts 01-04) in the directory C4YCensus that you have created.
Now leave the browser and move to the C4YCensus directory using the file manager, and unzip all the zip files you have downloaded in the directory;
when the unzip process is finished, please open the main pdf i.e. the Report file C4Y_IO2_CENSUS_v02.pdf in your desktop, and you will be able to read all the contents of this volume, and open all the links to all the other documents connected.
