Le « HR Strategic Plan » a permis aux entreprises du monde entier depuis les années 80 d’anticiper et d’ajuster les effectifs d’une géographie donnée et avec des qualifications précises, afin de répondre au besoin des Clients de l’entreprise a en matière de main d’oeuvre, de qualification, d’expertise et de Recrutement et de Formation professionnelle.
